2. Exchange Policy

In case of defective or damaged products, we offer an exchange option. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.

3. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order ID, receipt, etc.) is mandatory.
  • Exchanges are limited to the same product or a product of equal value.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

Customized, personalized, or perishable items cannot be exchanged.

Shipping charges for exchanges (both return and resending) will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Exchanges will only be processed after the returned item passes our inspection.
