Once a product is purchased, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please ensure your decision is final before completing your purchase.
In case of defective or damaged products, we offer an exchange option. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
Customized, personalized, or perishable items cannot be exchanged.
Shipping charges for exchanges (both return and resending) will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Exchanges will only be processed after the returned item passes our inspection.
